Shabbat NA’AMAT
About this Event
Shabbat is the gift of our tradition that enjoins us to pause and take stock of the week that was. It is a time to take a break from all the distractions and diversions, and to focus on being present for what matters in our lives.
On Friday, March 8th, we will continue our recognition of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month. Together, as NA’AMAT, we will intentionally celebrate women who inspire us and those who need our support and attention. Join NA’AMAT and Female Rabbis from around the country as we celebrate the “SHEroes” from our history and the present.
Let’s take this time to celebrate, commemorate, and virtually light candles that remind us not to desist from the work of the world, but to take a break to learn, to comfort, and to be a community.
