PILATES IS HERE!
Many of you have enjoyed exercising each Monday with “Live with Linda”.
Now it’s time to get in touch with your inner core in our Pilates class!
Pilates isn’t just for fitness fanatics. It’s actually an accessible way to build strength in your core muscles for better posture, balance, and flexibility.
Dr. Linda Schoenberg, a certified balanced body mat Pilates instructor, and also a NA’AMAT National Board Member and Treasurer of the Cleveland Council, will lead Pilates classes beginning in January.
Thursdays @ 1:00pm ET
Whether you have experience with Pilates or are new to it, join us to learn more.
You only need a mat.
YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THE CLASSES
Fee is $40 per month.
All fees will benefit NA’AMAT.
Payments will be taken the first week of January.
Instructions for payments will be in next week’s eblast.
Classes are limited in size so each participant can receive personal attention.
